Advances in prostate cancer radiation therapy
Many prostate cancer patients receiving external beam radiation are benefiting from an advanced technique that allows the radiation oncologist to accurately target the tumor and limit the amount of radiation to the healthy tissue near the tumor.

The problem is that even if you remain perfectly still during radiation, your internal organs naturally move, making it difficult for a radiation oncologist to aim the radiation beam at the prostate accurately.
